The Pararas Creative Group was founded in 2001 by a guy named Mike Pararas. Mike had been working in the Baltimore Ad community as an Art Director/Creative Director for nearly 20 years before deciding to go out on his own to do his own thing. That THING would be The Pararas Creative Group. His belief has always been that even small to mid-size companies should be able to hire an agency that can deliver the same level of creativity and strategic thinking usually associated with the larger firms.

And how has he done that?
By combining 30 years of experience and skill with those of other former ad agency folks, among the most talented in the business, Mike builds the right team, member by member, on a project by project basis. Instead of slogging through the trenches of a traditional advertising agency, Mike and his independent partners are free to think. Free to create. Free to do the work and not just meet about it.
